What BOM Compare does
Compares original and revised BOM, material list, takeoff, or model exports and creates a revision-impact report.
What Material Delta does
Adds user-provided costs to BOM Compare results and calculates estimated material cost impact with missing-cost rows and assumptions visible.
What Quote Compare does
Checks a supplier quote against the updated BOM or buy list and creates a quote-validation / procurement exception report.
Data handling
Browser-local processing is the default. Raw files, rows, part numbers, descriptions, supplier quote lines, and uploaded cost values are not stored by default.
Implementation checklist
Identify one original and revised export, run first comparison, confirm columns, export report, save import profile, choose template, invite reviewer, decide rollout scope.
Pilot scope
Run two or three real revisions, measure against the old Excel workflow, and review whether procurement, prefab, VDC/BIM, and project teams trust the report.
