Are raw BOM files uploaded by default?

No. BOM Compare processes files locally in the browser by default and does not store raw BOM files unless a future customer-controlled storage feature is explicitly enabled.

Does the Team trial require a credit card?

No. The 7-day Team trial is described as no-credit-card-required.
