Terms for review
Keep product expectations honest.
These terms set expectations for demos, pilots, and workspace access. They are not a substitute for legal approval before paid production launch.
Before paid access
The product can feel premium without making legal claims.
These terms are intentionally plain. Billing, storage, accounts, support commitments, and enterprise terms should be finalized with counsel before broad paid rollout.
- 01
These terms are prepared for legal review and should be approved by counsel before paid production launch.
- 02
Do not rely on the demo as the only approval step for purchasing, fabrication, or construction decisions.
- 03
Review exported reports before acting on them, especially when source BOM / material list exports have unusual formatting, formulas, merged cells, or pivot-table output.
- 04
The public demo does not require accounts. Authenticated workspace metadata and billing only operate when the required services are configured.
- 05
BOM Compare does not store raw BOM files, raw quote files, source rows, part numbers, line-item descriptions, supplier names from files, or supplier quote line items by default.
- 06
BOM Compare does not train AI models on customer BOM or supplier quote data.
- 07
BOM Compare does not claim SOC 2, ISO, SSO, guaranteed uptime, or certified compliance status today.
- 08
Billing, support, warranty, limitation of liability, dispute, and data processing terms must be reviewed before customer rollout.
Privacy and terms should move together.
Before broad paid access, approve the privacy policy, security documentation, support expectations, limitation of liability, and data processing terms for any hosted storage features.
